Norheim, President and CEO of American Crane & Equipment Corporation, has worked to solidify her company’s legacy through rebooting its mission, vision, and values.
Norheim also continues to lead her company in its digital transformation through initiatives such as kick-starting American Crane’s Innovation Lab, whose mission is to apply cutting-edge technology to the company’s business, customers, and processes.
The CEO also serves on the boards of many industry-leading organizations, such as GRCA’s Manufacturing Industry Partnership, Berks Family Business Alliance Council, the Pennsylvania Manufacturing Advisory Council, and the Crane Manufacturers Association of America, Inc.
She has received many awards and nominations for her excellence in leadership and manufacturing, including:

Event attendees will have the opportunity to network with other women engaged in community and mentorship and explore many women-owned, Berks County businesses.
The keynote speaker, Dr. Damary Bonilla-Rodriguez, a leading authority on leadership development, diversity and inclusion, author, and community advocate, will present “Breaking the Glass Ceiling & Claiming Credit for Your Ideas.”
Additionally, attendees will attend three breakout workshops featuring different speakers.
- Ann Pehle, Past President of AAUW Pennsylvania, HR Professional, & Certified Career Coach, will present “Know Your Worth: Exploring Pay Equity.”
- Courtnie Nein, Wealth Advisor, Good Life Financial Advisors, will offer “Reinventing Your ‘Meeting Personality’: Be the Leader at the Table.”
- Danielle Stewart, President and CEO of Paragon HR Consulting, will present “Conflict in the Workplace: Leading with Emotional Intelligence.”
