The appointment came after a resolution at the board of directors meeting held on April 26, 2011, and a reorganization of the management structure on March 24.
It expanded Kito’s divisions five to 12 in order to supervise each region and each business separately.
Offices were confirmed for regional senior executive officers of China and the Americas as well as a head of global manufacturing for the Development and Technology Division.
The new executive officer will begin exercising his role on May 1, 2011.
