The new dates for the show will be 16-19 November, 2010. It had originally been planned to take placer 2-5 March, 2010.

Quartz Publishing and Exhibitions, the organisers of the IMHX shows, said the date was moved after exhibitors expressed concerns about exhibiting in March next year given the current economic climate.

Quartz managing director Paul Michael said: “We are convinced that this eight-month ‘breather’ will place the event at a more favourable point in the economic cycle, at a time when the economy is anticipated by most indicators to be in recovery mode.

“Exhibitors will therefore benefit from attending the event at a time when buyers and specifiers are active again. In addition, the new date offers them the chance to spread the cost of exhibiting into the following financial year.”
