Karrels has a degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and experience in several manufacturing industries, most recently at Air Logic Power Systems in Milwaukee.
The Avon Engineering division of Bushman designs and builds material handling equipment, strip process machinery and press room automation equipment.
