Vatchi Artinian, currently a non-executive director of the company, will assume the role of CEO in place of Tony Aoun, who is leaving to take a position at Calnetix, an associated company.
Artinian is co-founder and chairman of Calnetix, Inc. and was instrumental in the formation of Vycon.
