Work will be performed from Upper Saint Anthony Falls in Minneapolis to Lock and Dam 10 in Guttenberg Iowa. Testing will be performed on approximately 75 hoists of varying capacity with an option of eight link belt cranes.
A full list of the manufacturer, model number, serial number and capacity of all lifting devices will be provided with the solicitation.
