A total of five connection variants are available, permitting “fast and simple integration into the system.” Rubber buffers, drive shafts and guide rollers are additional options.

The K.L-E 315 endcarriage has been designed for loads of up to 22t and, thus, offers an output increased by 50% in comparison with the previous model.

STAHL said: “Hundreds of units are already in successful operation in Germany and abroad.”

The full programme of SF travel drives is available for the wheel block. It has two-step speeds as standard, offers a high duty cycle of 60% DC and smooth starting and braking characteristics thanks, STAHL explained, to the integrated centrifugal mass.

Drives with stepless speeds are available – ideal in conjunction with the SFD1 frequency inverter. STAHL said: “This is mounted directly on the drive so that no installation costs arise for the customer.” Drive and frequency inverters have IP 55 protection.
