The contractor will provide on-site training of operators. This will include but not necessarily be limited to, the techniques of safe operation, daily and monthly inspections, and minor troubleshooting.
The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Harrington name or equal will be accepted. The NAIC code is 333923 and the size standard is 500 employees. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business.
Prospective contractors must be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration Database at www.ccr.gov prior to award. Offerors are notified that failure to register may render their firm ineligible for award.
Release of the RFP will be via the internet. It is the responsibility of each offeror to review the web page for the solicitation, notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. Interested parties may download the RFP upon its issuance from the website at www.fbo.gov.
