The work consists of all labour, material, tools, equipment, shoring and temporary bracing, hoists, scaffolding and services needed to perform all the construction work, functional testing, and commissioning indicated on the drawings and/or described in the specifications, or that may be reasonably inferred as being necessary for the completion and serviceability for the intended use of all items of work.
This will be a firm fixed price Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation will be issued electronically on the Industry Interactive Procurement System at http://e-center.doe.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Once the solicitation is posted it is incumbent upon the interested parties to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents.
Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to be eligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number form Dun and Bradstreet.
Registration could take up to three weeks to process.
