Lot 1. Five units. Description: 1 ton JDN Profi TI air hoist with 60ft lift or equal. P/n 1-ton ti or equal per attached 0001. Certificate of compliance of static and dynamic load test required per attachment item 1. Hoist shall have internal permanant motor lubrication (air hoist requiring external lubrication system will not be accepted). Integrated main air emergancy-stop valve with overload protection capability. Max weight of air hoist (with 10ft of load chain) shall not exceed 62 lbs. Min headroom not to exceed 17-3/4in, body width not to exceed 12in, hoist must be suitable for use in hazardous environments such as paint shop, chemical shop exposure (bright and acid dip tanks), refinieres and be acceptable for use in food industry. (Fme are as required for sps). Hoist must be capable of operating tempatures -20 c(-4 deg f) to +70c (158 deg f). Hoist shall have no limits to operation duration and no limits in starts/stops per hour (100% duty rating). Noise rating hoist shall not exceed 80 db(a). The safety factor shall be no less than 5 of the rated load. Hoist shall be pneumatic with operating air pressure of 85 psi (6 bar). Hoist shall be capable of withstanding short term pressure increase (up to 130 psi) without damage. Hoist shall be suitable for horizontal pulling.
