The building includes an eight US ton overhead crane, two maintenance bays, and other rooms, including utilities, fire protection and more.
The project is planned for advertisement in July 2006 with award scheduled in August 2006. Contract duration is estimated at 330 days. The estimated cost range is between $1m and $5m.
The size standard is $28.5 million.
The Corps of Engineers is asking all interested 8(a), HubZone or SDVSB businesses to notify its office in writing by mail or fax. This is not a request for a proposal.
