Paul has been chief executive officer of RealEnergy, High End Systems and Invensys Secure Power. He has also been general manager of three different divisions of Eaton Corporation.
The founder of the remote control company, Jim Cattron, retired in late 2003, selling the majority of his stake in the company to Weatherly Private Capital. He has sold the minority to a group of Cattron senior managers.
Earlier this year, the company announced plans to purchase the mining remote control and communications business of SIAMtec LP from its owners, Noranda of Toronto, Canada and STAS of Chicoutimi.
