HoistQuip, the UK materials handling specialist, has been acquired by Loughborough Industrial Holdings.
HoistQuip designs, manufactures and services cranes and specialised lifting equipment and is a distributor for Demag and Stahl products. It describes its annual turnover as ranging from £1m to £5m ($1.6m to $8m).
