The new company will operate under the name Dellner Frimatrail Frenoplast, and the focus for the immediate future will be on keeping up business as usual, supporting customers and integrating employees into the Dellner Bubenzer Group.
“By bringing the expertise of Frimatrail Frenoplast into our group, we will now be able to develop our product portfolio and market by entering the rail brake market,” said Marcus Åberg, CEO, Dellner Bubenzer.
Frimatrail Frenoplast specialises in the design, development and production of friction materials used in industry, mostly in the railway sector.
The company employs 60 people at its head office near Warsaw, and the company’s products are sold all over the world.
