EUGEN WAGOROWSKI – GERMANY

That is why I am GLAD to be an ASM for Kito Crosby helping people who work within the lifting equipment sector to finish their job successfully, on time,  and to be able to return home safely each day,” he said.

JAAKKO KERÄNEN – FINLAND

Keranen has been a service technician for eight years in the service and installation of Kito Erikkila light cranes at customer sites across Finland.

“I’m very GLAD to work within the light crane lifting industry because the work is varied, and you get to work in different environments. Solving customers’ lifting challenges is rewarding, especially when a high-quality solution enhances end-user safety.” Having great colleagues makes it even more fun.

MOHAMAD JABIR – INDIA

Jabir has been a service engineer in the Field Service division, Eastern India for 10 years. “Safety plays a pivotal role in the lifting industry. Following all sorts of safety practices in different industries like construction, steel, and automobile, gives me a sense of purpose and fulfilment. Working in this sector has allowed me to acquire a range of safety skills, proving beneficial in both my professional and personal life. I am GLAD to be in this industry.”

LU WEI – CHINA

Wei has worked as a Hoist Drum Cover team leader for 22 years in the Manufacturing division.

“I believe and practice that it is important for us to raise our own awareness of safety through our daily work and to maintain the code of the plant to deliver safe and secure products to our customers.

As a team leader of the crane factory, I am GLAD every day to work together with my colleagues to maintain and improve safe production and an appropriate work environment.”

MILENA BILIBAJKIC – FINLAND

Bilibajkic has been an assembly coordinator for nearly three years, supervising load chains’ heat treatment, in the surface finishing and final calibration department. “Iam GLAD to work in the lifting industry because it involves a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, and I get to work with some amazing like-minded people,” she said.

TOBY HUGHES – UK

Hughes has been a calibration technician for five months – calibrating and proof testing load cells for certification.

“Iam GLAD to be Working in the lifting industry producing load monitoring, which has been tested and is safe for our users.”

IDA CARLSSON – SWEDEN

Carlsson works on the Master Links line 2 at Gunnebo Industries Växjö, where she has been a production of master links for seven months. “I am GLAD to be involved in making products that are used all over the world,” she said.
