CIS was founded in 1970 by Hank Schiller and serves a variety of industries including Manufacturing, Construction, Steel, Marine, Electrode Handling, and Light and Sound. It is a full-service rigging supplier including custom lifting slings, fall protection devices, hoists, cranes, and rigging systems.
Effective immediately, CIS will operate as Mazzella CIS.

This acquisition will provide Mazzella with a strategic location in Nashville, TN and strengthen its other central U.S. locations in Memphis, Chattanooga, Oklahoma City, Dallas, and Birmingham.
