A 50% performance bond will be required of the successful contractor for this project. The completion date is no later than February 28 2007. Tenders must be received before 14.00 (local Peterborough time) on November 14 2006. Tenders received after the closing date will be returned unopened.
In the event that a contractor chooses to cancel the receipt of addenda or amendments, their subsequent bid/proposal submission may be rejected.
