The unit should have a top-running hoist and trolley hoist, with 25ft span, 25ft of lift capacity and hoisting speeds up to 20ft per minute.
The crane must be painted safety yellow, stenciled with the capacity rating on both sides, tested, disassembled and shipped no later than March 20 2009.
