This sling is used with an overhead hoist, or crane to remove or install the cowl on specific military aircraft.
The approximate RFP issued date will be 31 March 2006 with the approximate response date of 30 April 2006. The request for quotation will be available at www.fedbizopps.gov only. No telephone requests. Only written or faxed requests received directly from the requestor will be acceptable. This is small business set aside procurement. Specifications, plans, or drawings related to this procurement will be made available but they are export-controlled. All SB responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. See Notes 1, 26, and local note E.
