The price will be offered in three parts consisting of the base bid and two additive bid items. Estimated cost of renovation is between $500,000 and $1m. All contractors interested in this project must register at this site. The plans and specifications will be available only from the Feder al Technical Data Solution website (FedTeDS) on-line at https://www.fedteds.gov. A link to this site can be found under plans at the solicitation website.

The Government will issue no paper copies.
