Tentative dates for issuing and opening Invitation for Bid (IFB) IBM06B0001 are May 22, 2006 and July 7, 2006, respectively.
Plans will be available for inspection at the International Boundary and Water Commission, U.S. Section, The Commons, Building C, Suite 226, El Paso, Texas 79902.
