A NEW CHAPTER

Odo Lin from the manufacturing department and Chen believe Yoke is attractive to the younger generation through its automation, which has transformed from a traditional production line, allowing young talents to engage in more technical tasks. “By introducing robotic arms on the production line, for example, avoids monotonous repetition and instead they control the operations of the robotic arms, enhancing job satisfaction,” said Lin. “The company also encourages a culture of proposal improvement, giving people the opportunity to present their ideas and thoughts,” added Chen. Yoke has also innovated in quality control, shifting from manual to automated monitoring, using computers to monitor the pressure of finished products ensuring quality. “The application of automated technology not only improves work efficiency but creates a clean and safe working environment, dispelling the myth of dirty and messy processing plants,” said Lin and “Using RFID technology to track and manage lifting equipment has improved work efficiency and safety. Huang believes introducing new technology is crucial in attracting young people. “Youthfulness and digitalization are crucial for the future development of the lifting industry. Through innovative technologies the industry can attract and retain more young talent, driving the industry toward a safer, more efficient and more attractive direction.
