US manufacturer Acco Chain & Lifting Products has added a 5 US ton SWL model at the top end of its range of Speedway hoists and a 25 US ton model at the top end of its range branded as Work-Rated.
The company has also begun offering these hoists in cross-mounted, low headroom configurations.
Acco’s Speedway range, which also has 1 ton, 2 ton and 3 ton models, is designed for lower volume lifting, for a maximum of 30 minutes an hour. It is rated H-3 (ASME) duty classification.
The Work-Rated line, which previously went up to a maximum SWL of 10 ton, is for higher volume handling and is rated H-4.
