The task, carried out by shipping firms CMA CGM and Maersk Line, took place during 19-20 July at the terminal, which is owned by Grup Marítim TCB.

The team commenced operations at 8 a.m. on 19 July, completing the project the following day at midday.

Three Super Post Panamax cranes were employed for the first phase of the task with a further five involved in the second part of the operation.

According to Grup TCB, the volume of loading and unloading movements indicate the expanding terminal’s impressive operating capacity.
