The purchase of 41 hectares of land was finalised in June 2009 and plans are “proceeding on schedule”.
Production is planned to start during the second quarter of 2010. The facility will eventually accommodate some 200 employees.
The new unit will support the production of a wide range of Cargotec’s cargo handling equipment.
