Certex UK is a wire rope and lifting gear distributor, servicing, and training company, which offers remote and traditional training courses. The certification programmes cover LOLER (the British Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations, 1998).
The seminar, offered at locations throughout the UK, includes crane rope inspection and discard criteria.
Ray Allen, who is chairman of the International Standards Technical Sub-Committee, will run the training. He has 20 years of experience as the lead trainer on Certex’s popular Wire Rope Examiner course, geared for those who are new to inspection.
