The three directors who bought Certex UK from Bridon International in a management buyout in 2005 will answer questions on the agreement and explain its impact on the company’s UK-wide operations at a press conference on Thursday 6 March.
The conference will be held at 12 noon at Certex’s newly-opened headquarters in Nottinghamshire.
As a result of the sale, Certex UK will be part of Forankra International AB, a subsidiary to Axel Johnson, a supplier of lifting and lashing equipment in Europe.
