Cesan Cranes and Components has announced the commissioning of a dual-hook overhead crane, which is now fully operational, enhancing industrial lifting capabilities.

The crane boasts a dual hook capacity with a 12.5-ton main and a 6.3-ton auxiliary hook, designed for demanding environments.

Key features include a variable frequency drive for controlled acceleration and IP54 protection, ensuring durability in industrial settings.

The newly installed crane also incorporates an overload protection system and a customised span for optimal coverage.

Its operational test footage shows smooth bridge travel and precise hoist trolley motion, confirming adherence to safety and performance standards before client handover.

Cesan, in a LinkedIn post, said: “Successfully commissioned: 12.5T/6.3T Double Girder Cesan Overhead Crane now in full operation. We’re proud to share this operational test footage of our newly installed EOT crane in action.

“This testing phase confirms all safety and performance specifications are met before handover to our valued client. Another successful installation delivering reliable material handling solutions.”

Recently, Cesan installed a 10-ton Double Girder Electric Overhead Travelling Crane at a copper processing facility.

The crane is engineered for precision and reliability in heavy load lifting and transportation, customised to fit the facility’s layout for optimal coverage.

Its advanced variable frequency drive control system ensures smooth and precise load handling.

The crane’s lifting height is tailored for copper processing operations, and its safety features include overload protection, emergency stop, and limit switches.

It is built from high-grade materials to endure harsh industrial conditions, such as heat and dust, ensuring long-term durability and performance.
