Chinese crane manufacturer DGCRANE has completed the shipment of 13 overhead cranes along with their supporting steel structures to the US, fulfilling an international equipment order.
The consignment includes both double girder and single girder overhead cranes, customised to meet various industrial lifting requirements.
The delivery features cranes from the NLH and HD series, manufactured with a work duty classification of A5, and powered by a 460V/60Hz/3-phase supply. All units are equipped with pendant and remote-control systems.
As part of the shipment, DGCRANE delivered three double girder overhead cranes, each with a capacity of 6 (3+3) tonnes, span lengths of 16m and 12m, and a lifting height of 7m. An additional four double girder cranes with a 25-tonne lifting capacity and span lengths of 14m, 12m, and 14m were also supplied.
The order includes four single girder overhead cranes from the HD series, each with a capacity of five tonnes, a span of 14m, and a lifting height of 7m. Also included was one 20 (10+10) tonne capacity single girder overhead crane with a 14m span and 7m lift height.
Completing the shipment is a single girder crane with a 10-tonne capacity, featuring the same span and lifting height specifications.
The delivery marks another international supply achievement for DGCRANE as part of its ongoing global distribution of industrial lifting equipment.
DGCRANE, in a LinkedIn post, said: “The delivery of 13 sets of cranes within 4 weeks is both an opportunity and a challenge. Following is the story between professional transformer manufacturer from USA and DGCRANE.
“Like most customers, the early communication went smoothly, and the client was satisfied with our solution. When we learned that the customer wanted 13 cranes and steel structures to be completed within 4 weeks and loaded into containers in the fifth week, we felt that was a challenge.
“We had no problem with cranes and steel structures, but the matching electrical components and motors were indeed a challenge for us. After coordination by leaders of various departments of our company, we finally agreed to the delivery requirements.”
