The new hoists have been designed to incorporate a ‘Quick Ship’ option; a configuration that reduces lead times, from customer order to delivery.
The two models for which Columbus McKinnon, headquartered in Amherst, New York, is making faster lead times available are the Yale Cable King hoist 5t model and 10t model. The hoists can be delivered pre-configured.
The lead time for hoists with the option is four to six weeks, the company said.
Columbus McKinnon’s existing Yale Cable King hoists will remain fully customizable hoists with standard lead times.
The company said that specifications for the new Cable King models is available on the website, and order enquiries may be directed to Columbus McKinnon’s distributor network.
