Dellner Group has acquired Antec, solidifying its role as a key supplier of products, services, technology and customer service in the wind and industrial sector.
Antec, with expertise in designing, manufacturing, and maintaining brakes for wind turbines and industrial applications, is now part of Dellner.
The union means Dellner will take over Antec’s existing orders and operations in Spain, China, and Brazil, expanding a global footprint and strengthening its position in the industry.
Pepe Traspaderne, Antec’s CEO, will stay on board, bringing his leadership and vision to the Dellner Wind team under the guidance of Kai Kölker, managing director and head of Dellner Wind.
“I couldn’t be happier about this acquisition. Antec has built a strong, family-run business with a stellar product portfolio and oriented business. We are honoured to continue their legacy within the Dellner Wind and Dellner Bubenzer family. I am confident that with Pepe and Kai leading the way in wind and Stéphane Jetté in industrial, we will ensure a smooth transition and a bright future for Dellner Wind, Dellner Bubenzer, Antec, and all our valued customers,” said Marcus Åberg, CEO, Dellner Group.
Traspaderne added he was ‘incredibly proud of the Antec business’ it has built over the years and joining the Dellner Group felt like a natural step forward.
“Working alongside Kai, Stéphane, and Marcus, I am confident that together, we will make Dellner Wind and Dellner Bubenzer even stronger, delivering top-quality products and services to our customers as one united family,” he said.
