Ederer has won a contract for four polar nuclear reactor cranes for KHNP, Korea Hydro and Nuclear Power.
All four cranes have normal duty lifting capacities of 318t (350 US tons). They span 41m.
During construction of the power station, the cranes will be equipped with a second trolley and be able to tandem lift loads up to 636t.
The cranes will be delivered in 2007 and 2008 and installed at the Shin-kori and Shin-wolsong nuclear power stations.
