Egyptian Norwegian Cranes, a subsidiary of Munck Cranes of Norway, has handed over the first five cranes in US $2m a nine-crane order to Egyptian steel manufacturer Beshay Steel. The rest are to be delivered this month.
The order includes two 25t cranes with 30m span, three 15t cranes with 30m span and four 10t cranes with 6m span.
The new line will increase production by 50%. All hoists and electrics are manufactured in Norway.
