A qualified mechanical engineer, Etelämäki previously worked as a production/development manager at Meri-Met, also based in Finland.
This follows on the heels of Erikkila’s 100th anniversary in June, where managing director Mikko Erikkilä spoke about the changing of generations of leadership and the meaning of long-term commitment in family companies.
