Co-organised by BITA and Quartz Publishing and Exhibitions Ltd, the show will span halls 17, 18, 19 and 20, with a total footprint of 45,000 sq m. Over 190 exhibitors are committed to the show, including many of the industry’s leading UK and European companies.

Fork-lift company Barloworld (stand 19J150) will be presenting Hyster’s new H4.00-5.50FT Fortens range of counterbalance lift trucks, as well as new and extended fleet management solutions for fleet operators.

Also launching a new range of counterbalance trucks will be manufacturer Linde (stand 19J100). Alongside its new range of electric counterbalance machines, Linde will also introduce a compact engine-powered truck, in addition to a unique contract management service.

Edmolift – leading manufacturer and supplier of scissor lift tables, loading bay equipment, goods lifts, ergonomic lifters and work positioners – will use IMHX for the worldwide début of its new Economy Range of scissor lifts on stand 18M106, which will feature an automated lift display.

German-owned Pfaff-silberblau Ltd (stand 20C120) will unveil its new range of counterbalanced stackers – the EGV EPC range. Available in standard and compact versions, with load capacities from 600kg to 1,200kg and a special 1,500kg option, the range will offer lifting heights to 4,500mm and will be suitable for all types of pallet design.

The company will be offering visitors a free on-site trial of the new trucks and there will be a prize draw each day to win an Ecoline hand pallet truck. In addition, the Wednesday of the show will be Pfaff’s dealer day, featuring a special draw for its dealers to win a prize worth £500, comprising an Ecoline hand pallet truck, a hydraulic workshop repair kit from Pfaff’s brand new workshop range plus a special mystery gift.

Contact Attachments (stand 18M99B), the mid-Wales manufacturer of truck-based handling attachments, will be demonstrating a number of its latest products. The company, which manufactures over 100 types of device – including drum handlers, tipping skips, crane jibs and buckets – will present its Fork Fender, a high-visibility warning device for forks that offers a professional alternative to the traditional piece of old rag.

The London-based supplier of hand pallet trucks, stackers and manual handling equipment, Lomart Ltd will be exhibiting on stand 20A80. The firm will be promoting its LiftMate Pilot adjustable hand pallet truck. Available in a choice of two sizes and three fork lengths, the forks on this truck can be moved to suit various sizes of pallet.

On its stand number 18N130, SSI Schaefer – supplier of shelving, racking, containers, conveyors and automated storage systems – will be offering visitors a chance to view an interactive simulation of its innovative Carousel System and Quad System, which provide rapid and dynamic order picking for a wide range of applications.

Another company looking forward to the show is Finning Materials Handling (stand 17P150), the sole national distributor of Caterpillar counterbalance and warehouse equipment in the UK.
