GHE Lifting, a provider of lifting equipment, has successfully developed and deployed a 500kg overhead bridge crane at its client location.

The crane, which is free-standing and top-running, incorporates a GIS Premium Corrosion-Resistant Electric Chain Hoist and features aluminium runways for both long and cross travel.

It is designed with very low headroom and comes with a standard three-year warranty.

The entire process, from concept design to installation, adheres to ISO9001 Quality Controls, Australian Standards, and WHS Legislation.

The crane system is customised to enhance safety and efficiency while reducing operational risks for the client.

In addition, GHE Lifting has engineered and installed two 125kg jib cranes equipped with vacuum lifters, at another client’s location.

The vacuum lifters come with a dust filter assembly to safeguard the vacuum pump, a silencer box that ensures noise levels remain below 65dB during operation, and suction heads that rotate 360 degrees independently of the operator handle.

The vacuum pump is mounted on the jib crane column, minimising the floor footprint and protecting the pump from potential damage by forklifts and other equipment.

These jib cranes and vacuum lifters, which carry a standard two-year warranty, are intended for lifting plasterboard and cement sheets, thereby boosting the client’s productivity and mitigating the risks associated with manual handling.
