Lonardi and Miller will join current board members, including Harrington’s president and CEO Edward W. Hunter, vice president for administration Yoshio Morita, and deputy manager for the America business division Toru Suzuki.
Their duties on the board will include providing advice to inform strategic decision-making processes for the company and steering company mandates.
Harrington believes their respective vice presidential roles have provided them with the insight required. “[They] will provide the solid leadership needed for the continued expansion and long-term success of the company,” Harrington officials said.
Harrington has locations in California and Pennsylvania and provides rope hoists, lever hoists, chain hoists and overhead cranes, in addition to replacement parts and accessories.
