The ultra-low-headroom trolley hoists are designed for safety, reliability and performance, said the company, and have an H4 duty rating for high demand applications. Standard configurations are certified and listed to UL 1340 ‘Standard for Hoist’ and CSA 22.2 No. 33. The company launched the 3t and 5t models in the range in May 2019.

Standard features includes dual speed variable frequency drive on both hoist and trolley, for optimum speed adjustability, and a no-load high-speed function that allows hoist operation at 1.5 times the standard high speed when carrying a load weighing less than 25% of the rated capacity.

Additional features include premium IWRC wire rope, a full 360° rope guide, a durable deep-grooved rope drum, and extremely adjustable upper and lower limit switches to easily set the required range of operation, said the company. The 7.5t and 10t models also incorporate a high-performance magnetic disc brake.
