Following these subscriptions, Konecranes Plc’s share capital increased by Euros 19,850 totalling Euros 29,890,760. The number of shares will increase to 59,781,520 shares.
Trading in the new shares will start on or about November 10 2006.
In 2005, group sales totalled Euros 971million. The group has over 7,000 employees, at more than 340 locations in 41 countries. Konecranes is listed on the OMX Helsinki Stock Exchange.
