Uralkran Management Company has announced it will set up service centres in Chelyabinsk, Yekaterinburg and Kolomna, Russia. Crane production is scheduled to begin between January and March, 2006. The firm was registered as a limited liability company in 2005, according to a press release given to Russian public relations portal Skrin.

The partners will have equal shares in the venture’s authorized capital, according to the Skrin report. Stankomash will contribute production spaces, communications and equipment, the Engineering Centre will contribute technologies, while Uralkran will contribute RUR400m (11.6m Euro) for the purchase of equipment, raw materials and components.
