UK’s Scottish Courage Brewing has received three 75kg jib cranes to assist new packaging equipment on a new production department in its Tadcaster, England bottling plant.
The cranes, supplied by the Leeds branch of Lifting Gear Hire, are intended to place parts that are too heavy to lift by hand for KHS Kisters packaging equipment.
“The brewery needed lifting equipment for each machine to be able to swap between different bottle sizes and packaging formats on the KHS-Kisters machines,” said Howard Jennings, Contracts Engineer for KHS Kisters.
