Kito said the award recognises the functional characteristics of the hoist model, including detailed manufacturing, a nickel-plated chain, free chain adjusting mechanism with mechanical brake and friction clutch mechanism.
L5 hoists are part of the LB series, which Kito says benefit from improved working efficiency with the free chain adjusting mechanism, and a 100-grade (1000N/mm2) chain that “features an unbeatable combination of toughness and resistance to corrosion & wear”.
