UK firm Modulift said that while its products have always been available in New Zealand, customers had previously acquired them via overseas partners.
“Having a partnership in place with Cookes NZ means we now have stock in the country and the ability to offer the same next-day delivery service as we do in many countries around the world,” the company explained.
The standard Modulift Spreader Beam range is available, from the MOD6 to the MOD110, all with DNV Type Approval as standard.
Cookes supplies lifting products and services for a wide variety of industries, including construction, energy and engineering.
In a similar move, Otto Perl Ltd in Israel, which specialises in lifting equipment, has become an official Modulift distributor to meet the growing demand for Modulift Spreader Beams in the Israeli market.
Customers in Israel can order the standard Modulift Spreader Beam range from MOD6 to MOD70H, all with DNV Type Approval as standard.
Headquartered in Dorset, UK, Modulift offers a full in-house engineering service, and produces a range of lifting and spreader beams, spreader frames and other custom ‘below-the-hook’ lifting equipment that is used across the global lifting industry.
