The Profi 1.5 Ti and Profi 3 Ti/2 models are both equipped with a new 2kW-rated vane motor, which has been subjected to 480 hours of testing under full load conditions, achieving “super-reliable’” results according to JD Neuhaus.
The Profi 3 Ti/2 is a 3.2t SWL two chain fall hoist. It is available as an option to the existing Profi 3 Ti/6 Ti single or dual fall hoists, which have lifting capacities of 3.2t and 6.3t respectively. It is 30% lighter than the existing single fall 3.2t SWL hoist, according to JD Neuhaus, as well reducing air consumption by up to 50%.
The Profi 1.5 Ti hoist is capable of carrying 1.6t and has been successfully subjected to the equivalent of 19,200 continuous full load cycles over a 3m lift height.
Both hoists are capable of operating within a temperature range of -20°C to 70°Cand are both EX rated, making them safe to use in explosive atmospheres.
