The first answer back was from Harold Chaney, of Coffing in the USA, who said: “The hoist in question is clearly an old Yale brand “Pul-Lift” cast iron lever hoist (of European manufacture, not North American), but the rubber hand grip must have been “faked” by the media agency. I don’t believe this model was ever produced with a rubber grip, and even if it was it would not have been marked “Transforming the” with the logo of the London Underground.”
