The range includes the SM 700, SM 800 and SM 900 series winches, with lifting capacities up to 160t for maintenance duty and 63t for process duty.
The winches are now made with a modular design. The configurations have been standardised around two winch motor designs and two motor connections – either a star (Y) or delta (D).
Specific speeds are set by adjusting the parameters of frequency inverters.
The reengineering process has cut the number of structural models by two-thirds, which the company says will make storage and delivery simpler for it and its customers.
