Sparrows was already Stahl’s agent in the UK North Sea area, an agreement that has also been extended.
Stahl’s wire rope and chain hoists are designed to be used in Zone 1 and 2 explosive environments in the offshore exploration and production industries, and the onshore refining and petrochemical sectors. They are normal used on suspension and overhead travelling cranes, blow-out preventer and pipedeck handling cranes, well-bay and FPSO turret-house hoists and deck-mounted davits. Capacities range from 500kgs to 15,000kgs.
