Germany-based Stahl has opened a new factory, spanning 6,289m², a key milestone in the load-handling industry.

The new factory is designed to meet increasing market demand with cutting-edge technologies and efficient, sustainable production processes.

The facility’s modern structure, equipped with advanced machinery, is set to significantly enhance Stahl’s production capacity.

In addition to production capabilities, the factory houses STAHLTEC, an advanced training centre aimed at enhancing the skills of employees and customers.

Stahl general director Sandro said: “It is with great joy and satisfaction that we are here today to celebrate an important milestone in our company’s history. This project started with a clear vision of growth, innovation, and commitment to quality.

“Building a new factory is not just about erecting walls and structures; it is about building a more prosperous future, creating a more efficient work environment, and delivering excellent products to our customers.”

“Every detail of this project was carefully planned so that we can continue to meet market demands with innovation, agility, and, above all, responsibility.

“Our new factory represents much more than physical growth; it symbolises our ongoing pursuit of improving the way we operate, how we interact with our partners, and, most importantly, how we positively impact the environment and society.”

The inauguration ceremony included guided tours, allowing guests to explore the facility and its production processes, followed by a special buffet for networking and celebration.

Stahl has further invested in a certified welding process, along with an automated submerged arc welding machine with greater capacity.

The investment is expected to provide the company with high productivity and quality in one of the most critical stages of manufacturing.

Furthermore, the company has one of the largest blasting and painting systems in the industry, which ensures a high-quality and durable finish for its products

Stahl technical and commercial director Leandro said: “All these investments will result in an increase of over 100% in the production of load-handling equipment, such as overhead cranes, gantry cranes, and hoists, and an increase of nearly 300% in the production of metal structures, including columns, runway beams, and auxiliary structures.”
