Hirst’s experience includes a period working offshore with a rope-access team doing non-destructive structural inspection. He holds level five registration with the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA), which qualifies him to inspect powered hoists and beams. In addition, he has NEBOSH certified health and safety qualifications.
Hirst will be based in Antrim.
