Tele Radio is expanding its range of controls for the North American market with the addition of wired controls to its portfolio, providing customers in the USA and Canada with even more options. The move comes after Tele Radio’s parent company, Allgon Group, acquired Sistematica, an Italian company specializing in remote-control solutions. As a result, Tele Radio America will become the exclusive distributor of Sistematica products in the United States.
Miguel Ángel Téllez, managing director at Tele Radio America, said the acquisition would significantly bolster the company’s presence, particularly in the mobile and agricultural sectors. Tele Radio’s wireless controls are already widely used across various industries, including industrial, lifting, construction, and marine sectors, and the addition of Sistematica’s wired and wireless solutions will further diversify its offerings.
With over 30 years of expertise, Sistematica brings smart technology and Industry 4.0 capabilities to Tele Radio’s customer base. These include over-the-air software updates, a real-time diagnostics app, and preventative maintenance features. The new products offer high customization options for both hardware and software, enabling equipment manufacturers to access tailored solutions designed to meet specific operational needs.
Sistematica’s product lineup includes transmitters with up to 14 keys, rechargeable batteries, easy setup receivers, and optional emergency stop (E-STOP) buttons. Additionally, all Sistematica products are designed to float, making them ideal for marine and offshore applications.
With exclusive distribution rights in the USA, Tele Radio is streamlining customer access to Sistematica products through its well-established sales and support network. This will ensure faster delivery and reliable service to North American clients.
The acquisition of Sistematica is the latest move in Allgon Group’s broader growth strategy. Headquartered in Sweden, Allgon has been expanding its global presence through acquisitions, including the purchase of Tele Radio in 2018. The group also owns the Åkerströms brand of remote controls and operates 23 facilities across five continents.
